Should you wish to return or exchange an item, we will gladly issue you a full refund. Postage and Packaging costs are not refundable and buyer will have to pay postage for sending the item back to us. Customer has the right to cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched. The order can not be canceled or amended after it has been dispatched.
DELAYED AND LOST ITEMS
If item is lost or delayed please contact us so we can investigate it with courier services. If item is lost will send a replacement.
