The Trial of the Forest

As the day of the equinox approached, crowds gathered in the heart of the Green Valley to witness the annual Trial of the Forest – an ancient ritual to select from among the bravest daredevils a new Guardian, a protector against the darkness lurking in the shadows.
Players collect resources, play cards, fight opponents and embark on dangerous expeditions. In the course of the game, the cards played build the player’s history by defining his deeds.
